VISION & OBJECTIVES

VISION: Convert biological resource into economic wealth through sustainable utilization.

OBJECTIVES:

- To establish a biotechnology research center
- To protect biodiversity for ensuring sustainable development
- To develop awareness on conservation and natural resource management
- To mobilize communities for implementing research at grass roots up to the policy making level
- To assist in commercialization of research findings
- To provide support for ensuring innovative homegrown technology
- To provide knowledge and skills to women and unemployed youth on bio-resources management so that they have options of income generation from it
